In 2021, our in-house marketing team launched REV Day—an annual event designed to align teammembers around REV’s core values and goals for the year. What began as a simple company meeting has grown into a fully immersive brand experience that brings together more than 300 teammates each year.
I’ve played a key role in shaping and scaling this initiative, helping turn REV Day into a high-energy event featuring keynote speakers, branded swag, interactive sessions, and concert-style production. Each year, I’ve had the opportunity to present on stage, sharing our latest marketing efforts and reinforcing how our brand strategy connects to the broader mission.
In addition to inspiration and alignment, REV Day also emphasizes community impact—incorporating volunteer projects and giveback moments that highlight our commitment to service. It’s become a signature experience that strengthens our culture from the inside out.
