As a strategic lead on the REV Digital Banking launch team, I played a central role in bringing one of our most impactful technology upgrades to life. I led the marketing strategy and communications, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure more than 70,000 members were informed, prepared, and supported throughout the transition.
We developed a comprehensive communications plan that included personalized email campaigns, in-app banners, video tutorials, postcards, and branch signage—each touchpoint designed to feel clear, helpful, and aligned with the REV brand. I also oversaw the creation of an FAQ hub that became a key resource for both members and staff.
Within the first two weeks, 66% of digital users had successfully engaged with the new platform—a strong early result that reflected thoughtful planning, strong collaboration, and a commitment to member experience at every level.
